Take control of your health with our Micronutrients Test, designed to assess key vitamins and minerals that play vital roles in your energy levels, immune system, bone health, and overall well-being.

Identifying deficiencies or excesses is key, as imbalances can contribute to fatigue, skin issues, weakened bones, or reduced immunity. With this test, you’ll gain clear insight into your nutritional status and be able to adjust your diet or supplementation effectively.

This test measures the levels of these essential nutrients:

  • Ferritin – Indicates your iron storage levels, important for oxygen transport and energy.
  • Folic Acid (Vitamin B9) – Crucial for red blood cell production and DNA synthesis.
  • Transferrin – A protein that transports iron through the blood; helps evaluate iron status.
  • Vitamin D – Supports bone health, immune function, and mood regulation.
  • Vitamin B12 – Essential for nerve function, energy production, and red blood cell formation.
  • Calcium – Important for strong bones and teeth, as well as muscle and nerve function.
  • Magnesium – Involved in muscle function, heart rhythm, and energy production.

By detecting specific instabilities, the test empowers you to take targeted steps to boost energy, strengthen your body, and enhance overall well-being, all from the comfort of your home.

Parameters tested

Ferritin
Ferritin is a key protein responsible for storing iron in the body, playing a vital role in hemoglobin production and oxygen transport. Low ferritin levels can indicate iron deficiency, while elevated levels may point to inflammation or iron overload.

Folic Acid (Vitamin B9)
Folic acid, also known as Vitamin B9, is essential for the formation of blood cells and DNA synthesis. Maintaining adequate levels is particularly important during pregnancy, helping to prevent anemia and neural tube defects. It also supports proper brain function and contributes to mental and emotional well-being.

Transferrin
Transferrin is a protein responsible for transporting iron in the blood. Measuring its levels helps evaluate iron status and can aid in detecting conditions such as iron deficiency.

Vitamin D
Vitamin D is essential for maintaining strong bones and a healthy immune system. It supports calcium absorption, helping to prevent osteoporosis and muscle weakness. Deficiency in Vitamin D can contribute to immune disorders and other health issues. It also influences energy levels, inflammation, mood, and overall bone health.

Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 is essential for neurological function, red blood cell production, and DNA synthesis. Deficiency can lead to anemia, fatigue, and neurological issues. This vitamin plays a crucial role in maintaining a healthy brain and nervous system. Monitoring your Vitamin B12 levels can help you make the right dietary adjustments to support overall health.

Calcium
Calcium is vital for strong bones and teeth, as well as for proper muscle contraction and nerve function. Insufficient calcium levels can result in osteoporosis and neuromuscular issues. As one of the body’s most abundant minerals, calcium is essential for building and repairing bones, supporting nerve signaling, muscle activity, blood clotting, and healthy heart function.

Magnesium
muscle and nerve function, blood glucose regulation, and blood pressure control. Deficiency can lead to muscle cramps, fatigue, and metabolic disturbances. Magnesium is also required for the synthesis and activation of Vitamin D.
